Mission:

Exterminize is a local pest control company that also specializes in small to midsize pest control company acquisitions. We primarily focus on existing smaller “mom and pop” pest control companies with positive cash flows serving a key niche in their communities not currently being satisfied by larger “National”, Pest Managment Companies. These target entities continue to attract and retain loyal customers because of their ability to provide personal quality service not found at larger pest operations.  We believe many of these smaller Pest Control Company owners and operators will be attracted to a business affiliation with Exterminize Inc, which provides them with the opportunity to continue to serve their important and faithful customer base, possibly expand some of their services, and avail themselves of important financial and operational support. 

Strategy:

At Exterminize Inc our basic strategy for accomplishing our mission is fairly simple:  In addition to acquisition growth, we expect to benefit from the economies of scale as we acquire additional Pest Companies, we will improve our bargaining power with suppliers and improve profitability from synergies as we integrate the various pest management companies into one system, allowing for centralized planning, monitoring, benchmarking and management.

Organization:

Exterminize Inc has a Board of Directors comprised with a breadth and depth of collective expertise of very experienced persons specializing in finance, accounting, real estate, pest control, and mergers and acquisitions. We expect to retain key personnel at most of the acquired pest companies in order to leverage existing relationships with the communities that they operate in and help to maintain the personal touch service.
